Well I have been told by my doc that I have to love at least three stone for my health.
Bloody great.
I am going to use this blog, hopefully daily, to keep track of my progress, to have a whinge when I really want sweets, and to see and track changes.
I am going to put my weight, height etc and note any weight loss every week. If there is any.
As of now, I am a bit daunted, slightly optimistic that i will eventually see a change and feel better, but knowing how weak and feeble my willpower is, realising that its going to mostly be a miserable task !
My first little goal is to see what I can lose by the Midnight Walk, which is the 6th June. As the moment I get back ache whenever I walk so even a few lbs loss might help with this. No wonder the bloody T shirt wont fit me !
